Six steps, and you know what each one gives you

Engagements run to a defined sequence. You will know what happens next, roughly how long it takes, and what lands in your hands at the end of it.

  1. Step 01 1–2 weeks

    Discovery and site assessment

    We go and look. Our engineers walk the operation, sit with the people doing the work, and find out what actually happens rather than what the process document says happens.

    Findings report and a written scope, with the things we advise against.

  2. Step 02 2–4 weeks

    Solution design

    Architecture, integration points, hardware specification and a delivery plan, reviewed with your technical and HSE teams before anything is built.

    Design document, integration plan, bill of materials, fixed price.

  3. Step 03 6–12 weeks

    Pilot

    One site, one route, one asset class. Small enough to be honest about, large enough to prove whether the thing works in your conditions.

    Working system in production on a limited scope, with measured results.

  4. Step 04 Scope-dependent

    Deployment and commissioning

    Rollout across sites, with our engineers on the ground for installation, network commissioning and integration with the systems you already run.

    Commissioned system, integration tested, formally accepted.

  5. Step 05 1–2 weeks

    Training and handover

    Users and administrators trained separately, because they need different things. Documentation written for the person who inherits this in two years.

  6. Step 06 Ongoing

    Support

    Defined response times, named contacts and scheduled preventive maintenance. Support is a contract with numbers in it, not a promise.
